The lesson recorded after launch
A clean launch is a real achievement and also worth almost nothing by itself. AntesDepois shipped with everything the launch checklists tell you to have — real payments, proper auth, tested infrastructure, localized pricing, an SEO layer — and it still launched into silence, because a checklist cannot manufacture demand. The transferable part is the sequencing: I built the polished version of an idea only after a scrappier cousin had already proven the mechanic earns money. Polish is an amplifier, not a generator.…
