Zero confirmed sales, and in this case I can be unusually definitive about why the number is zero or near it: the app has spent a meaningful portion of its life not running. Pricing was structured as BRL packs over Pix plus a monthly card subscription. Traffic was never measurable above noise. The build cost was a few days of agent time and my attention; the ongoing cost is a database and a directory on a server I already pay for. The category remains proven — other people's headshot generators still make money. Mine sleeps.

The lesson recorded after launch

A stopped process is a portfolio telling you the truth. In a fleet this size, the properties that matter announce themselves — customers email, dashboards move, something breaks loudly when they go down. FotoProfissa went down and the silence was total, which is more honest feedback than any survey. The transferable lesson is twofold.
