Honest accounting: confirmed revenue from this site to date is zero, and for once I know exactly why — for the entire period before the fix, a sale was not merely unlikely but technically impossible. I monitored this site the way an operator with fifty properties monitors things — is the process up, does the page load — and by that standard it was perfect while being incapable of earning a single dollar. The only test that matters for a commercial site is the one where you, in an incognito window, with no account and a real card, try to buy the thing. I now treat "I personally completed a purchase as a stranger" as the definition of launched, and anything short of that as a staging environment with good SEO.…
