CodeAustral LLC ("we") operates zerotopublic.com. This policy explains what we collect when you read the site, join the newsletter, buy a product, or order a personalized consultation.
Information we collect
- Newsletter: your email address and subscription activity.
- Purchases: your name, email, product, amount, currency, Stripe checkout identifier, and fulfillment status. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not store full card numbers.
- Consultations: the answers you submit about your idea, audience, problem, alternatives, business model, budget, deadline, desired features, integrations, examples, validation, reach, technical experience, and other context.
- Research uploads: files you voluntarily attach, such as notes, documents, screenshots, images, sketches, and research.
- Usage data: basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device or browser information, referral source, and conversion events.
How we use information
We use the information to deliver purchased products, prepare personalized reports, answer support requests, prevent abuse, improve the site, measure acquisition and checkout performance, maintain accounting records, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Research uploads and confidentiality
Do not upload passwords, private keys, full payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, regulated personal data, or material you do not have the right to share. We may delete unsafe or out-of-scope files.

Consultation intake, research uploads, and reports may be retained while the order is active and for a reasonable support period afterward. You may request deletion; some billing records may still need to be kept by law. We use access controls and private server-side storage, but no internet system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days where applicable. GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, and US state privacy rights apply when their legal thresholds and jurisdictional rules are met.
International processing and children
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. The site and consultations are intended for people aged 18 or older and are not directed to children.
