Existing products and free resources
The From Zero to Public book, free sample chapter, articles, newsletter, guides, tools, templates, downloads, and any other listed resources remain separate offers governed by the description shown at purchase or access. Adding consultations does not replace or convert any existing product into a consultation.
Digital products
Purchased downloads are licensed to one buyer for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share paid files publicly. Because digital files are delivered immediately, completed digital-download purchases are generally final, except where required by law or when the promised file cannot be delivered.
Consultation products
Idea Validation Review ($49) and MVP Build Blueprint ($99) are fixed-scope, asynchronous written services. Prices are one-time charges in USD. Delivery targets begin after payment and a sufficiently complete intake. If essential context is missing, the timeline may pause while we request clarification.
Idea Validation Review scope
The report assesses the submitted idea, problem, target audience, current alternatives, competitors, differentiation, business model, key assumptions, and risks. It recommends a smallest validation experiment, provides a two-week action plan, and ends with proceed, adjust, investigate, or stop.
MVP Build Blueprint scope
The report covers positioning, target user, use cases, competitors, minimum features, excluded features, workflow, screen list, no-code versus custom recommendation, preliminary technical direction, dependencies, budget and timeline ranges, launch approach, a 30/60/90-day plan, and one simple wireframe or interface direction. It is not a production specification or engineering quote.
Clarifications and changes
One reasonable clarification by email about the delivered consultation report is included. A new idea, new audience, expanded feature scope, additional wireframes, repeated revisions, implementation work, or updated analysis after material facts change requires a separate agreement or order.
Refunds and cancellations
You may request a full consultation refund before personalized work begins. Once analysis has started, the consultation is non-refundable except when the agreed report is not delivered as described. Email [email protected] within 24 hours if you need to cancel. If we cannot accept or complete an order, our responsibility is limited to refunding the amount paid.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of your idea and uploaded materials. You grant us a limited right to review, store, and process them only as needed to provide and support the service. You promise that you have the right to share the materials and that they do not contain unlawful content or unnecessary highly sensitive information.
No guarantee
Reports express professional judgment based on the information available at the time. Markets, costs, technology, competitors, and user behavior change. We do not guarantee product-market fit, revenue, funding, launch dates, budget accuracy, legal compliance, technical feasibility, or business success. You remain responsible for decisions and independent due diligence.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, upload malware, submit unlawful material, scrape private content, or infringe another person's rights. Site design, original text, books, reports, and templates remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and materials are provided "as is," and CodeAustral LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or consultation giving rise to that claim.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms for future use or purchases; the version in effect when you order governs that order unless law requires otherwise.
