What this property was
Property number fifty is the one currently in your hands. zerotopublic.com is a landing page that sells this book for ten dollars, and this book is the fiftieth internet property, produced by the same machine the other forty-nine chapters describe: one server, one founder, a fleet of AI agents, a Stripe checkout reconciled by a polling cron, and a transactional email that delivered you the PDF. Evidence recorded in the manuscript
Price: $10, one-time. Pages: 187. Properties documented: 50. Confirmed revenue across the whole portfolio at time of writing: one property I can verify, a handful more with checkouts that work and sales I can't confirm, and a long honest tail of zeros — the full accounting is in the appendix. Production cost of this book: roughly a day of agent time on infrastructure I already pay for. Copies sold: unknown at the time of writing, by definition — but unlike most of my properties, this one counts its sales in a ledger I actually check.
